Peloton Is Offering New Yoga Conditioning Classes

Peloton recently informed its customers in an email entitled “March Workouts to Watch” that the company would be introducing “yoga conditioning” programs beginning this month. And beginning this week, you can sign up for the brand-new conditioning programs offered by Peloton Yoga.

On March 15, 2023, the format made its debut with a one-of-a-kind two-for-one lesson that lasted for a total of thirty minutes and was co-taught by Kristin McGee and Mariana Fernandez. Peloton Yoga conditioning sessions will be the first yoga programs on the Peloton network to include the use of small weights as a form of resistance training. Traditional yoga is frequently combined with more modern forms of strength training to create what is known as yoga conditioning.

At this time, it is not known if any other teachers than Kristin and Mariana will be teaching the yoga conditioning curriculum, nor is it known how often the format will be on the calendar. Kirra Michel appears in the photograph that was attached to the email sent out by Peloton, which leads one to believe that she will also work for the company as a yoga conditioning teacher.

This represents the second new style of yoga that has been introduced in the same number of months. Peloton offered its inaugural Yin Yoga lessons in February, led by Aditi Shah as well as Denis Morton.
