The Kardashians star, 41 years old, is a guest on Kutcher’s new Peloton running show, “Our Future Selves”.
In a teaser shared by Robin Arzon, Peloton’s vice president and head instructor, Kutcher (44) is amazed that Kardashian is joining him.
In a video, he said that his excitement is at 11 today. “Kim, my friend, is here. I’m thrilled to have a conversation.”
Kutcher jokes then with the SKIMS cofounder, “You actually came. You don’t even run” Kardashian responds, “You’re right. I don’t.”
Peloton instructor Robin was also present to assist the stars during their workout. She says, “I love Kim K”, and adds that she “dismantles the notion that one must stay in their lane.”
Kutcher was impressed and later praised Kardashian for her run. He said to Kardashian, “You literally run at a 7-minute mile pace.” I don’t know what’s happening now.
Kardashian was also affected by the moment and responded, “I think that this is what my workout needs.” It’s been inspiring, and it has changed my outlook on how I want to move forward with my workout routine.
“DISCOVER YOUR WHY. “That’s the core of this series with @aplusk,” Arzon captioned the spirited social media video. I’ve said this repeatedly, but it is true. Motivation is BS. It’s easy to find what drives you, and then your desire to work every day becomes much easier.
Arzon said that this episode was for people who, like K. Kardashian, don’t see themselves as runners.
Peloton revealed its new series featuring Kutcher via Instagram this week. New episodes will be released every Tuesday through the TCS New York City Marathon, Nov. 6.
Kutcher is training for the marathon and shared that he has lost 12 pounds during his training.
“The greatest physical change has been the muscle mass transfer from my upper to my lower body.” He said that he had lost 12 pounds and that his wife Mila Kuniz has been very supportive.
Ashton explained that his family — Kunis, 38, and their children, son Dimitri Portwood (5 years old), and daughter Wyatt Isabelle (7 years old) — is his motivation to finish the race later in the fall.
His ‘why’ is to make life better than it was given to him. “My family and my children are my daily motivation,” Kutcher said.
Ashton is also running the marathon in order to raise awareness and money for Thorn, an organization that works to develop technology to protect children from sexual abuse and remove children sexual abuse material online.
The episode of “Our Future Selves” featuring Arzon and Kardashian premieres Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET, on the Peloton Tread and app.
