Who Is Mikhail Dorinov

Russia is a country where you can meet lots of good, professional swimmers. All of them are still trying to give out their best during any championships in the future. One of them is Mikhail Dorinov.

Mikhail Dorinov doesn’t have a long history of swimming career, but his most notable win was the bronze medal he got in the event at the 2017 European Short Course Swimming Championships.

Early Life

The man was born under the name of Mikhail Vyacheslavovich Dorinov on August 9th, 1995. At age 27, he’s a professional swimmer with a high determination to fight for his country.

Dorinov participated in various events, including the FINA World Swimming Championships held in 2018 ago.

Career

2017 European Short Course Swimming Championships

His first medal that was ever recorded was the bronze he won during the 200-meter breaststroke event during the European Short Course Swimming Championships. His time was 02:01.85.

2018 FINA World Swimming Championships

Mikhail Dorinov also participated in the 2018 FINA World Swimming Championships held in Guangzhou, China. During the event, he was joined in the 200-meter breaststroke. Unfortunately, he didn’t perform really well.

However, the event was won by fellow Russian, Evgeny Rylov, who won the gold medal with a time of 1:47.02. During the Championships, Russia successfully came home with 6 gold medals, 5 silvers, and 3 bronzes, making 14 medals in total.
