Nvidia released a new driver yesterday, numbered 353.06, which significantly boosts the performance of Kepler GPUs and improves performance in many games.
Nvidia released the GeForce 353.06 WHQL graphics card driver yesterday, significantly improving the Kepler GPUs’ performance. In addition, it improves GPU gas pedal performance in many of the latest games, including the recently released The Witcher 3. It also offers full support for the soon-to-be debuted GeForce GTX 980 Ti card – and the improvements don’t stop there.
In fact, it has added support for:
- G-Sync technology for laptop models.
- Dynamic refresh when playing in windowed mode.
- Dynamic Super Resolution on some series (GTX 400M, 500M, 600M, 700M, 800M, and 900M).
- The option to enable motion blur in the panel’s very low settings, and new profiles for four games: Heroes of the Storm, Monster Hunter Online, Space Engineers and World of Warships.
Thanks to the new Nvidia driver, we will play more smoothly in The Witcher 3, among other games.
You can download the GeForce 353.06 WHQL driver at this link – it weighs almost 280 MB. As assured by Nvidia, the driver improves fluidity in productions such as The Witcher 3: Wild Gon and Project CARS, but no exact figures on the increase in frames per second were given.
