Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel Watch: October 6 launch event

The long wait for the Pixel 7 (Pro) and the Pixel Watch will soon be over. On October 6, Google will present new smartphones and the smartwatch.

Pixel 7 (Pro) with Bluetooth LE Audio and brighter display

The entire Pixel 7 series comes with the new audio technology Bluetooth LE Audio. This improves the use of Bluetooth headphones.

The Pixel 7 Pro comes with a brighter display with a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits. The processed Tensor chip ensures new security, camera, and voice recognition functions for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.

Pixel watch

The watch is particularly striking with its stylishly curved, round design. With the watch, you have various apps like maps or a wallet right on your wrist.

User-friendly operation is via the touchscreen, the crown on the side, and voice control.

Furthermore, the Pixel Watch is operated with Google’s own Wear OS operating system.

Release and price

The Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel Watch will be available from October 13. The Pixel 7 comes in Obsidian, Lemongrass, and Snow colors. The Pro version is in Obsidian, Hazel, and Snow.

Google has not yet announced an official price. The starting price of the Pixel 6 was 685 dollars (check updated price down bellow). It is questionable whether this will also be the case with the successor.
