Polaroid dares to take the next step
With the Next Step SX-100, the Polaroid brand wants to take the next step in developing instant cameras. According to the manufacturers, the designs of the cameras would continue to evolve. Now is the time for Polaroid to adapt its design to the new era. It’s supposed to be new but still familiar.
Different than the others
Polaroid definitely wants to stand out from the crowd with its new design. There are currently countless instant cameras in a wide variety of price categories, but the models all look relatively the same: square and retro, according to the manufacturer. So, the new Polaroid should stand out.

Camera or projector?
When the camera is not in use, it looks very much like a projector. However, when photographed, it looks like an old-fashioned instant camera. The steel case gives the model an elegant look. The design is very exciting, and the equipment has cool features.
Convincing Equipment
The Next Step SX-100 has a classic viewfinder with which you can determine the section you want to photograph. The camera also has automatic focus. If you want, you can also set this manually. The zoom is also manually controlled with a wheel. You can also take pictures with or without a flash, depending on the lighting conditions. At the bottom of the camera is a compartment for the cartridges.
