WhatsApp has got or will get many interesting features related to group chat control or voice message recording. Now Meta, the company that manages the messenger, wants to give WhatsApp users something that will allow them to personalize their avatars, which can then be used as stickers.
WhatsApp is to receive this function after it was warmly received by Instagram and Messenger users, and the information was provided by WABetaInfo, which regularly checks the application’s source code. Thanks to this, you know in advance what news will go to the WhatsApp messenger.
The information provided by the service shows that personalized avatars, which can then be used as stickers pasted into chats, will first be made available to WhatsApp beta testers. The first volunteers already have the opportunity to check the new function, but it is not known when a wider group of users will be able to use it.
It is also not known when Meta will officially announce personalized avatars on WhatsApp, but hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. The application itself has recently received a lot of news – changes have been made, e.g. a limit on who can participate in group chats, and in the near future there will also be a new camera mode for easier video recording.
WhatsApp has also recently experienced a major failure – the app did not work both in Poland and in other parts of the world.
