He became the first Korean artist to grace the FIFA World Cup opening ceremony, introducing his hit song “Dreamers.” But the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup has kept South Korean national team fans glued to their screens for another reason. A few handsome korean soccer players on the squad have garnered attention, not just for their football skills, but also for their strikingly handsome looks, reminiscent of K-Pop idols. 1. Cho Gue Sung (also known as Cho Gue Seung)

While he may not be very active on social media himself, his Instagram followers skyrocketed from 3,000 to over 300,000 in less than 24 hours. As of my last update, he boasts an impressive 1.2 million followers.
Cho Gue-sung wasted no time making a name for himself in Denmark this summer. He kicked off the 2023-24 Danish Superliga season with a bang, scoring in two consecutive games for his new team, FC Midtjylland.
In just under a month after signing with FC Midtjylland, Cho has proven to be a key player, helping his team secure a prominent spot at the top of the Superliga season standings. With two games under their belt, Midtjylland currently holds the second position, trailing Nordsjaelland solely on goal difference.
Cho’s debut goal for Midtjylland occurred in his very first match, a remarkable 56th-minute diving header against Viborg, which brought him into the spotlight and secured a 1-0 win for his team.
A week later, he continued to impress, unleashing a low strike from the edge of the box during injury time in the first half of a game against Sikleborg. Cho’s goal was the second and final score of the match, earning Midtjylland another three points.
