In the beginning of this year, Peloton introduced their fresh Roll Call strength sessions. These were made to give members a dependable schedule for strength workouts (every weekday at 7:30am ET). Moreover, they aimed to simplify the decision-making process when choosing classes. If you joined the weekly roll call sessions, you’d enjoy a complete body strength workout.
Usually, Mondays focused on the whole body, Tuesdays on glutes & legs, Wednesdays on core, Thursdays on upper body, and Fridays circled back to a full-body workout. Remember, Roll Call sessions are only available on weekdays.
If you’ve got the Peloton Guide, all the classes are fine-tuned with the movement tracker feature. Each week, these 5 classes will be bundled into a handy collection, exclusive to the Peloton Guide, for easy access.
But for those without the Guide, finding and filtering classes isn’t as straightforward. To lend a hand, we’ve put together a list of all the roll call classes, organized by the week they were introduced. We’ll keep this list fresh by updating it every week or so when new roll call strength classes come out.
