How to Sync Strava Account to Peloton?

How Can I Link Peloton to My Strava Account?

  1. Sign in with the Peloton account you already have, or if you don’t have one, sign up for a whole new one.
  2. Log in to your Peloton account using the bike’s touchscreen display.
  3. To continue, tap the three dots that are located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  4. Choose Profile > Social > Strava > Linked from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  5. Please enter your associated email address and password for your Strava account.
  6. You will be required to provide permission to Peloton to Upload activities to your profile before activities may automatically sync to Strava.
  7. When you have enabled auto-post on your Strava account, keep in mind that only future activities will be automatically posted to your account.

You may modify your preferences for automatic sharing by accessing the menu (represented by three dots) in the lower right-hand corner of the home screen.

Remove the checkmark from the Automatically upload my rides to the Strava box by going to Profile, then Settings and Social, and undo the auto-sync option.

Syncing the Individual Peloton Rides to Strava:

To publish your exercise to Strava, touch the Share option inside the workout summary. This will allow doing so.

  • Choose Exercise History by tapping the Account button located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  • Choose the workout you’d want to have synced to your Strava account and click Sync.

Strava may be accessed by selecting the share button located in the upper right corner of the activity information page.

Is Peloton Sync Free on Strava?

Strava provides access to the whole of the Peloton platform. The user merely has to link their Peloton account to their Strava account. Following then, all of the features that are available on Strava may be accessed via Peloton.
