Recently, Peloton announced the launch of a revolutionary new training program that they are calling “Intro to Meditation.” The Peloton program, which is designed to teach you the fundamentals of meditation, takes place over the course of three weeks and is conducted by Aditi Shah.
In this three-week session, participants will learn about and put into practice a variety of ideas related to mindfulness, including starting and maintaining a regular meditation practice.
To gain a bronze badge, you must finish 13 courses; to obtain a silver badge, you must finish 20 sessions; and to receive a gold badge, you must finish 23 classes out of a total of 26 lessons.
How to join?
You may sign up for the courses on the Peloton site, the Peloton Bikes application, the Peloton Tread app, or the Peloton Digital platform. Simply go to the programs section, look for the program titled Introduction to Meditation, and then join the program.
It is important to be aware that as part of the relaunch of Peloton’s programs, many courses are “hidden” and will only become accessible as you go through the program. Nevertheless, if you click any class name in the list below, you will be sent to its location, from where you can then save it, add it to your pile, and access it right away if you so want.
