Peloton Now Introduces Standing Adaptive Strenght Program Lead by Logan Aldrige

Peloton is always developing new programs and courses that are tailored to the unique needs of adapted athletes. Peloton announced a new relationship with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation as well as the debut of a new program called the Seated Adaptive Strength Training Program.

A completely new Adaptive Strength program is going to be made available by Peloton this month. This is a one-week-long program that consists of 11 different courses. In addition to this, it targets specific muscle groups to enhance one’s overall quality of life.

Peloton has provided the following official explanation of their class:

During this weeklong session, Logan Aldridge wants you to learn about both your psychological and physical resilience. The primary objective is to enhance the quality of life for standing-adapted athletes by way of increasing the strength of essential muscle groups.

  • A Bronze badge may be earned by completing 5 courses, a Silver badge can be earned by attending 8 classes, and a Gold badge can be earned by finishing 9 sessions out of eleven classes.
  • Logan Aldridge teaches the vast majority of the courses at the moment. In addition to that, there is a meditation provided by Ross Rayburn.
  • You may sign up for these classes using the Peloton site, the Peloton Bikes application, the Peloton Tread app, or just the Peloton Digital platform. Simply go to the programs section of the site, look for the Standing Adaptive Strength program, and sign up for it.
