At the Peloton Homecoming event of 2022, a remarkable moment unfolded when Peloton introduced a fresh workout regimen known as “Tunde’s Arm Mastery.”
Tunde Oyeneyin takes the helm of this 4-week program aimed at fortifying your upper body, focusing on arms and shoulders. The Peloton community had a sneak peek of this program earlier in the month when an email hinted at its upcoming launch during Homecoming.
The fresh Arms with Tunde Oyeneyin initiative is tailor-made to sync seamlessly with the new Peloton Guide’s Movement Tracker. Initially, this program was a special treat just for Peloton Guide users, keeping them in suspense for a full 7 weeks. But now, the doors are wide open for all Peloton members to join in.
Yet, if you’re not particularly keen on the program or earning those coveted badges, there are alternative routes to dive right into these classes.
This exclusive Peloton Guide strategy is a recent trend, as seen with the floor bootcamp program featuring Jess & Selena, along with the four split strength programs, which also enjoyed a 7-week exclusivity period.

Program Description
Peloton’s official description of “Arms with Tunde” goes like this: “Tunde is your go-to for a complete upper body workout, focusing on arms and shoulders. In the upcoming four weeks, let Tunde lead you on a journey to a stronger, better you.”
Program Badges
No Peloton program is complete without the allure of badges. Your journey through “Arms with Tunde” can earn you the coveted Bronze badge after conquering 10 classes, a Silver badge awaits at 14 classes, and the prestigious Gold badge shines bright once you complete 17 out of the 19 available classes.
How to Join
As of now, you have the flexibility to enroll in programs through Peloton Bikes, Tread, the Peloton Digital app, or their website. To get started, head over to the programs section, locate the “Arms with Tunde” program, and click to join. You can easily sign up for the “Arms with Tunde” program online by following this link.
Class List & Schedule
Here’s a lineup of the weekly classes included in the program. It’s worth mentioning that, as Peloton has revamped its program structure, these classes are initially “locked” and unlock as you advance through the program. Nevertheless, you have the freedom to search for any class in the list below, add it to your stack, and take it right away if you wish. Keep in mind, though, that this route won’t earn you the program badge.
