This fresh Beginner Yoga program from Peloton in German consists of a total of 8 classes, spanning a week. As Peloton enthusiastically shared on their social media, it’s the perfect chance for newcomers to dip their toes into the world of yoga. You’ll get to learn the fundamentals of yoga, step by step, with a focus on each pose.
Most of the classes in the program come with English subtitles, which is great news for folks who don’t speak German but still want to join in.
