Peloton Bike Rentals Now Available In Germany

Peloton is taking their bike rental program to Germany! Originally called the One Peloton Club, this program lets members in on the secret of renting a Bike and combining the hardware cost with their monthly subscription fee. Peloton’s in-house research tells us that Germans are nearly twice as keen on the idea of renting fitness gear compared to folks in other places.

Martin Richter, the Managing Director of Peloton Germany, sums it up nicely, saying, “With Peloton, everyone, whether they’re just starting or already a fitness buff, can work towards their personal fitness goals in a way that’s tailored to them.”

The Peloton Germany website now offers a fresh page designed specifically for rentals. They’ve also introduced a new support page for customer assistance. If you’re in Germany, you can rent the original Peloton Bike for €99 per month or the Bike+ for €129 per month. The monthly All-Access Subscription, needed with any hardware purchase, is included in this monthly fee. Please be aware that there is a one-time €200 set-up and delivery fee for both the original Bike and the Bike+.

This program isn’t yet accessible in the United Kingdom or Australia. However, its expansion into Germany, along with the earlier addition of Canada this year, suggests that these markets might soon have access.

The rental support page in Germany explains that customers may receive either a brand-new or refurbished original Bike or Bike+. Please note that they cannot guarantee a new bike, but all refurbished Peloton Bikes and Bike+ units undergo thorough quality checks and are fully functional.

• Members have the option to buy their Peloton Bike/Bike+ at any time, which is known as a buyout. The buyout price is specified in your rental agreement.
• Peloton will honor the Limited Warranty for the Bike/Bike+ for the duration mentioned in the rental agreement.
• This offer is not available to current members or those who have held an All-Access membership within the past year.

Peloton’s bike rental initiative initially rolled out in 2022 and swiftly underwent several modifications. It commenced in a handful of trial areas before rapidly expanding to cover more states. Over time, the program reached the entire continental U.S., with convenient online sign-up options. In a recent development, bike rentals are now accessible in Canada as well.
