Crush Your Core 2 Peloton Program By Emma Lovewell: Overview & Classes Schedule

Peloton just rolled out the second edition of one of their hottest strength training programs: Crush Your Core! This morning, they officially launched Crush Your Core 2, and you can hop on it right away using the Peloton platform. In the following article, we’ll provide you with a sneak peek of the program, the complete class lineup, and plenty of other information.

Program Overview

This new program is the sequel to Emma’s initial core strength program, Crush Your Core, which made its debut in 2019.

Program Description

Crush Your Core 2 offers a total of 18 classes and recommends being active 4-5 days a week for four weeks. In the program description, it says, “Emma is back with her second Crush Your Core program. Whether you’re starting fresh or returning to give your core the attention it deserves, these upcoming 4 weeks are bound to leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.”

Although Emma Lovewell has been delivering a fresh core class every week for over a year, the Crush Your Core 2 program presents an entirely new lineup of classes. The only equipment you need is a workout mat and a pair of lightweight dumbbells. Classes vary in duration, ranging from 5 to 20 minutes.

How to Join

To join the program, just click here, or locate the collections tab on your Bike, Tread, or Peloton Digital app.

Since Crush Your Core 2 is a structured program, you won’t find its classes in the regular class list. Members need to “start the program” and stick to the suggested class schedule to access the content. However, using the lists we provide below, you have the flexibility to explore the program at your own pace and unlock the classes as you go.

Program Badges

A Peloton program just wouldn’t be the same without those shiny badges. You get a Bronze badge when you finish 9 classes, a Silver badge for 13 classes, and the golden Gold badge for completing 16 out of the 18 total classes. So, keep pedaling and collecting those achievements!

Class List & Schedule

Here’s a rundown of the weekly classes in the program. It’s worth noting that Peloton’s revamped program locks these classes, only unlocking them as you make progress (unless you use the links provided below!).
