“You Can Ride” Beginner Cycling Peloton Program

Today, Peloton has some exciting news to share! They’ve just launched the fantastic Crush Your Core 2 program. But that’s not all; they’ve also introduced a special program called “You Can Ride” just for new members who are new to riding. This awesome addition hit the Peloton platform on January 7th. Get ready to enjoy these new fitness adventures!

Program Overview

Program Description

Here’s a friendly peek into what the program offers: “Clip in and become part of our Peloton family! Start your Peloton adventure with this 3-week program. You’ll get a taste of our various classes and meet our awesome instructors. From clipping in to mastering your touchscreen, you’ll be a pro before you know it!”

Now, let’s dive into what the You Can Ride program includes. It’s packed with nine classes, and you’ll need to be active three days a week for three weeks. The classes come in two lengths, either 20 or 30 minutes.

And here are the fantastic Peloton instructors you’ll be riding with in the You Can Ride program:

This program is filled with all-new classes, and you’ll find some cool ones with titles we haven’t seen in cycling before. For instance, there’s a 20-minute Advanced Beginner: HIIT Ride, a 20-minute Beginner Rock Ride, and a 20-minute Beginner Low Impact Ride.

Now, here’s the twist – since You Can Ride is a special program, these classes won’t show up in the regular class list. To get to them, members need to “start the program” and follow the recommended class schedule. But don’t worry, you’re not locked in! You can use our lists to hop around the program and unlock these awesome classes whenever you like.

How to Join

If you’re eager to start the program from the beginning and go through it step by step, just click right here. Alternatively, you can locate the programs tab on your Bike, Tread, or Peloton App.

If you’re on the lookout for more beginner-friendly cycling content, we’ve got something else for you to explore – the Mastering the Basics: Cycling program. This one’s a bit longer and designed to be completed over six weeks. It offers a variety of classes like arms toning, yoga, bike bootcamp, core strength, and resistance band workouts. You can find all the details in our comprehensive guide.

And here’s a nifty tip: if you’re searching for even more beginner classes, you can use the filter feature. Just head to the “class type” button and select “beginner.”
