Peloton’s “The Power of Sleep” program serves as your gateway to Peloton’s Sleep Meditation classes. During a gentle two-week journey, our skilled instructors will personally guide you, sharing valuable techniques to improve your nightly slumber. Their aim is to assist you in achieving more restful nights.

Here’s Peloton’s own take on “The Power of Sleep”: “Discover how meditation becomes your ally in finding tranquility and creating a path to improved sleep. By practicing bedtime meditation, you’ll gradually experience quicker sleep onset, deeper slumber, and a refreshed awakening.”

Program Badges

Of course, in classic Peloton style, we’ve got some badges for you! Finish 8 classes, and you’ll proudly sport a Bronze badge. Level up to 11 classes, and it’s a shiny Silver badge. Go all the way with 14 classes out of the 15 total, and you’ll be rocking a prestigious Gold badge.

How To Join

As of the latest update, you can hop into these programs using your Peloton Bike, Tread, or the Peloton Digital app. Unfortunately, they’re not accessible via Peloton’s website. To get started, just head over to the programs section, locate “The Power of Sleep,” and dive right in.

Here’s a rundown of the weekly classes in this program. Keep in mind, Peloton’s made a little twist with these classes. They’re initially “locked,” but you can unlock and access them as you move forward in the program. If you’re eager to dive into a specific class, just click on its name below. From there, you can either bookmark it or add it to your lineup and enjoy it right away.
