Here’s the official scoop on Peloton’s “Beginner Strength” program: “Join Matty and Olivia on a six-week journey of strength building. They’ll be there with you, guiding you through the proper techniques and helping you become fluent in strength. Get set for an educational, sweaty, and enjoyable adventure!”
Program Badges
Peloton always adds a touch of excitement with badges in their programs. For your achievements, there’s a Bronze badge after 22 classes, a Silver badge after 30 classes, and the ultimate Gold badge awaits you at 38 classes, just a few steps away from the grand total of 42 classes.

How to Join
As of this moment, you can hop into these programs via your Peloton Bike, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. Keep in mind, they aren’t accessible through Peloton’s website. All you need to do is head over to the programs section, locate the Beginner Strength program, and hit that join button!
