Earlier today, Peloton unveiled their latest offering: a one-week “Power Restorative Yoga” program led by the talented Ross Rayburn. The plan comprises seven classes to be spread throughout the week. Below, you’ll discover the complete list of these classes.
This marks the debut of “The Approach,” a fresh series of programs by Peloton. They describe it as an opportunity to truly engage with training, transforming your connection with your body and exercise regimen. The focus is on achieving harmony between exertion and relaxation as you elevate your practice. Keep an eye out for more exciting updates!
The program introduces itself by emphasizing the importance of rest and recovery for peak performance. Over the course of this 7-day Yoga Program, Ross will guide you in harnessing your body’s innate ability to heal through attentive listening.
Of course, in true Peloton fashion, there are badges to earn. Completing 3 classes earns you a Bronze badge, while 5 classes bring you a Silver badge. Go for the Gold by completing 6 out of the 7 total classes.
When it comes to joining this program, Peloton offers multiple avenues. You can access it via your bike or tread tablet, the Peloton app on your Android or iPhone, or through the Peloton website. Simply navigate to the programs section, locate the Power Restorative Yoga with Ross program, and jump right in.

It’s worth noting that Peloton has introduced a new approach to programs, where these classes are initially “locked” and become accessible as you advance through the program.
