Peloton has introduced a fresh strength training program, and this time it’s led by the talented German instructor, Erik Jager. It seems like they’ve taken the popular “Total Strength W/ Andy Speer” program and made a German-language version of it, including its sequel, “Total Strength 2 with Andy.” The program spans four weeks, but it’s worth noting that there are no English subtitles available as of now.
This new program sets itself apart from the recent split strength training programs or the floor bootcamp with Jess Sims and Selena Samuela. The best part? It’s not being promoted as exclusively for Peloton Guide anymore. Starting today, anyone can join in.
This morning, they revealed the fresh program through a blog post, and here’s what they had to say about it:
Erik’s brand-new 4-week Total Strength Program consists of a total of 16 classes. During these sessions, you’ll not only enhance your physical and mental strength but also refine your movements and form.
Every week, you’ll tackle 3 to 4 workout sessions designed to make you stronger from head to toe. Each session includes a thoughtful warm-up, strength exercises using dumbbells or your body weight, and a relaxing stretching routine. These workouts are demanding yet accessible to fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
Here, you’ll discover extra info about the Total Strength program with Erik Jager in German, along with handy links to each class. Keep in mind that clicking these direct links won’t get you a completion badge, but they’ll still add to your workout streak and show up in your exercise history.

Program Badges
No Peloton program is complete without its badges. They’re like little rewards you can earn. If you finish 23 classes, you get a shiny Bronze badge. Do 32 classes, and you’ll be the proud owner of a Silver badge. But if you really push yourself and complete 41 out of the total 48 classes, you’ll unlock the coveted Gold badge. So, keep pedaling and collecting those badges!
How to Join
