“It’s more than just a fitness guide; it’s a compilation of various narratives. Some are filled with sorrow, others with warmth, and a few that bring a smile.”

“I envision it as a valuable resource for anyone facing a sense of stagnation, overwhelming challenges, or fear of change. It demonstrates that even the smallest changes can significantly alter the trajectory of your life.”

This book, brought to you by Ballantine Books, spans 240 pages. The official blurb goes like this:

Emma Lovewell shines as a standout instructor at Peloton, the renowned global fitness brand and media content company. Her remarkable journey to success was sparked by a fundamental realization: Change is an inevitable part of life, but the path to growth is a choice she embraced.

In her book, “Live Learn Love Well,” Emma opens up about the pivotal moments that have shaped her into the remarkable woman she is today. She takes us on a journey, from her humble upbringing on Martha’s Vineyard, surrounded by affluence, to her struggles with her biracial identity and the challenges of fitting in, both in the white community and the Asian American community. She also delves into her battles with health setbacks and relationship difficulties, as well as her ambitious move to New York in pursuit of a career in dance and fitness.

Yet, Emma Lovewell has discovered that she is more than just a fitness instructor, and wellness is more than mere physical health. She candidly shares moments in her life where mental strength played a pivotal role in shaping her perspective on the world. She emphasizes the principle of “progress, not perfection” as a guiding force in her life.

“Live Learn Love Well” is a treasure trove of surprising insights, heartwarming anecdotes, and never-before-revealed personal experiences. This book is a beacon of hope for anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed, anyone who fears the magnitude of change needed to start anew, or anyone simply seeking inspiration to make tomorrow better than today. Emma Lovewell’s stories, coupled with her easily applicable advice, provide readers with the confidence that even the smallest adjustments can yield substantial improvements in their lives and well-being.

In 2016, Robin added to her literary accomplishments with the release of “Shut Up and Run: How to Get Up, Lace Up, and Sweat with Swagger.”

Tunde Oyeneyin, on the other hand, unveiled her memoir, “Speak,” earlier this year. For those curious to learn more about her book, a book review can be found on our website.
