Peloton just rolled out fresh split training routines designed especially for the German Peloton community. These special programs are guided by two experts, Erik Jager and Marcel Maurer, who conduct the classes in German. Erik is your coach for a 3-day intermediate split strength program and also a more challenging 5-day advanced split strength regimen. Meanwhile, Marcel Maurer offers two intermediate options, a 3-day plan and a 5-day alternative, for those looking to get fit and strong.

Let’s take a look at the official scoop on “Erik’s Advanced 5-Day Split” from Peloton: “Get the most out of your workouts with Erik’s split training! Over the course of a week, you’ll boost your strength and pack on muscle by lifting heavier weights and focusing on different body areas during each session. Keep it up, monitor your gains, and see your progress soar!”
Program Badges
No Peloton program is complete without those shiny badges! When you finish 3 classes, you’ll snag a Bronze badge. Hit 4 classes, and you’ll earn a Silver one. And if you complete all 5 classes, you’ll be proudly rocking a shiny Gold badge.
How to Join
As of now, you can hop into programs through Peloton Bikes, Tread, the Peloton Digital app, or right on the Peloton website. Just head over to the programs section, look up Erik’s Adv. 5 Day Split program, and click that join button. You can also jump in through the website, and here’s the link for that.
