Earlier today, Peloton unveiled their freshest training adventure: the ‘Go The Distance 5K.’ This remarkable Peloton 5K program aims to boost your speed, stamina, and power over six weeks of invigorating Peloton Tread sessions. Guiding you on this journey are the dynamic quartet of Becs Gentry, Susie Chan, Marcel Dinkins, and Jon Hosking.
This morning, Peloton created quite a buzz on social media with an exciting announcement:

Just like always, these classes are tucked away within a program. But don’t worry, we’ve got a handy list of all the classes below that you can mix and match. Just a quick heads up, though: If you take them outside of the program, you won’t earn credit toward that shiny program badge.

“Prepare yourself to take on the 5K challenge! Join us for the next six weeks, where you’ll focus on enhancing your 5K performance while boosting both your physical and mental endurance. Our fantastic team of coaches, including Susie, Becs, Marcel, and Jon, will be right by your side.”
Program Badges
No Peloton program is complete without some badges to show off your achievements. When you finish 12 classes, you’ll proudly sport a shiny Bronze badge. Hit 18 classes, and you’ll level up to a dazzling Silver badge. Go all the way and complete 22 out of the total 24 classes, and you’ll earn the coveted Gold badge. Wear them with pride! 🏅

How to Join
As of now, you can hop on board with Peloton programs whether you’re riding on a Peloton Bike, pounding it out on the Tread, using the Peloton Digital app, or cruising through the Peloton website. Just head over to the programs section, locate the Go the Distance: 5K program, and hit that “Join” button. If you prefer the web version, you can access it right here.

You can unlock them as you move forward in the program. But don’t worry; you can still check out any class in the list below. Once you do, you can bookmark it or add it to your schedule and take it whenever you’re ready.
1st Week Class List & Schedule
Welcome to Week 1! Let’s kick things off with an active start. You’ve got four workouts scheduled for this week: a walk and run with Susie, a 5K prep session with Becs, an endurance run guided by Marcel, and a nice recovery session led by Jon.
