New Gym Classes, Peloton Prenatal, Mobility, And Foam Rolling Available

In the past day, Peloton has unveiled a wide array of fresh classes in various formats, catering to different needs, such as prenatal, foam rolling, mobility, and Peloton Gym.

To start, there’s an abundance of brand-new prenatal classes, guided by none other than Robin Arzón (who has recently celebrated the arrival of her second child!). These include two invigorating rides and one strength-focused class, details of which are outlined below:

While Robin Arzon is enjoying her well-deserved maternity leave, and her return to the live schedule is anticipated in the fall, she’s not leaving you hanging. Fresh and exciting content will continue to be available during her absence.

Furthermore, Peloton has introduced a series of brand-new foam rolling classes, guided by the first-time foam rolling instructor, Rebecca Kennedy. These three new classes target various areas of the body for a well-rounded experience:

The majority of Peloton’s foam rolling lessons are led by Hannah Corbin. Jess King once recorded a foam rolling session in 2017, but it was removed a while back. Similarly, Matt Wilpers had classes in 2017 and 2019, which have since been taken down. Rebecca is now the second instructor, alongside Hannah, to introduce foam rolling sessions after more than four years.

Additionally, four fresh Peloton Gym workouts have just been launched. As a quick reminder, Peloton Gym was introduced in May 2023, and you can access it exclusively through the app. These workouts are self-guided, which means you won’t see or hear an instructor. However, the workouts are carefully designed by the instructors, and each one comes with a text introduction to get you ready for the exercises.
