“The Stronger You”: New Peloton strength training program with Ben Alldis

Peloton’s newest strength training program “The Stronger You” has been released today. Ben Alldis is the one teaching it. The 4-week strength-training program is first available only on the Peloton Guide. However, the program is expected to be fully accessible to all members seven weeks from now (that’s 27 February 2023).

The program was announced for the first time at the end of 2022. Today, Peloton also launched the new “Straight to the Core” class together with Rebecca Kennedy.

The new program enables the “Made for Movement Tracker”, and the digital Weight Rack feature.

Below are the details of classes you can expect throughout the Stronger Program on Peloton.

Peloton’s official description for “The Stronger You”, goes like this: Your journey toward creating a stronger version of yourself starts now! Ben will guide you through this 4-week program. He will challenge your body to learn the correct form and key moves. Your stronger self from the future is already appreciating your efforts.

This program’s badges

Peloton programs would not be complete without badges. For each 19 completed classes, you can earn a Bronze badge. You can get a Gold one for 35 of the 38 total classes. There is also a Silver badge.

How to join The Stronger You Peloton program?

At the moment, you can only join via a Peloton guide device. When the program becomes available to all members, it will be possible to join through the app, the site, or a Peloton Tread or Bike. Once it is available, we will share the link.

Class list and schedule for Peloton’s “The Stronger You” program

Here is a listing of all classes included in the program. These classes are locked and will only be available as you progress through your program. To find a class, click the name of any class in the list. You can bookmark or add it as a stack item and you can start taking it right away if you like.

1st Week class schedule

Ben will guide you through your first benchmark strength testing. Week one will see you have worked all major muscle groups and started learning fundamental strength training principles.

We can now increase our intensity after week one! Learn new skills and build your endurance, stamina, and strength. Ben will always be there to support you.

  • 1st Class – Upper Body Strength – 20 min
  • 2nd Class – Upper Body Stretch – 5 min

2nd Day:

  • 1st Class – Full Body Strength – 20 min
  • 2nd Class – Full Body Stretch – 10 min

4th Day:

  • 1st Class – Lower Body Strength – 15 min
  • 2nd Class – Core Strength – 5 min
  • 3rd Class – Lower Body Stretch – 5 min

5th Day:

  • 1st Class – Full Body Strength – 20 min
  • 2nd Class – Full Body Stretch – 10 min

3rd Week class schedule

Every week brings with it a new challenge. You should be ready to lift heavier weights, increase repetitions in your workouts, and keep the tension up. To maximize your progress, take the time to stretch.

Classes will not be available until January 23rd, not even for Guide users

  • 2nd Class – Upper Body Stretch – 5 min

2nd Day:

  • 1st Class – Full Body Strength – 30 min
  • 2nd Class – Full Body Stretch – 10 min

  • 2nd Class – Core Strength – 10 min
  • 3rd Class – Lower Body Stretch – 5 min

5th Day:

  • 1st Class – Full Body Strength – 30 min
  • 2nd Class – Full Body Stretch – 10 min

It’s your fourth and last week! You have put in the effort, now let us measure our progress. This is benchmark testing time! Ben will encourage you to push your limits.

2nd Day:

  • 1st Class – Full Body Strength – 30 min

  • 3rd Class – Lower Body Stretch – 5 min

5th Day:

  • 1st Class – Full Body Benchmark Test Warm Up – 5 min
  • 2nd Class – Benchmark Test – 20 min
  • 3rd Class – Full Body Stretch – 10 min
