Peloton offers yet again a new core class for its members. Rebecca Kennedy will be teaching the new “Straight to the Core” class. There are 24 classes in this program and it takes 4 weeks to complete it.
Members who own a Peloton Guide are the only people who can access the Straight to the Core program for the first 7 week. This means that it will be available to all members by February 27th, 2023.
Back in December 2022, Peloton instructor Kennedy teased this program’s launch. It was finally released today along with the new strength program “The Stronger You” with Ben Alldis.
Rebecca posted the announcement on her socials today. She said:
You’ll find all information about the program below, including the classes you can expect, the overview for each week and other details. Emma Lovewell teaches several core strength programs through Peloton.
