Peloton’s introduction to their “Beginner Yoga” program goes like this: “Are you new to yoga and feeling a bit lost? Simply lay out your yoga mat and come join Aditi, Anna, and Kristin in a 3-week adventure through the Beginner Yoga program. Dive into the world of yoga, both its practices and philosophies, and discover how yoga can be more than just mat exercises—it can extend into your everyday life.”
Program Badges
In the true Peloton style, they’ve spiced up the program with badges. You’ll snag a Bronze badge after conquering 11 classes, a Silver one with 15 classes, and the prestigious Gold badge awaits you after finishing 19 classes, which is pretty much all of the 22 classes on offer.

As of now, you can hop into these programs using your Peloton Bike, Tread, or the trusty Peloton Digital app. Unfortunately, they’re not accessible via Peloton’s website. To dive in, just head over to the programs section, locate the Beginner Yoga program, and hop right in!
