“You Can Run” Peloton Program: Classes Schedule & More

Peloton just rolled out their fresh “You Can Run Program.” It’s all about 2 classes each week, for a solid 8 weeks – that’s 16 classes on their Peloton Tread. It starts with short runs and, by the end of 8 weeks, you’ll be doing a full 30-minute run. We were the ones who first shared the news about this program at the start of last week.

Here’s Peloton’s own description of “You Can Run”: “This program is all about discovering the joys of running and picking up valuable tips. During 8 weeks of training, you’ll develop your foundation and skills, making it a breeze to run continuously for a full 30 minutes!”

Program Badges

Of course, when it’s Peloton, you know there have to be badges. Finish 8 classes, and you’ll snag a shiny Bronze badge. Aim for 11, and you’ll score a Silver one. Go all out and complete 14 out of the 16 classes to proudly claim your Gold badge.

How to Join

When we posted this, you could hop into these programs through your Peloton Bikes, Tread, or the Peloton Digital app. Keep in mind, though, you won’t find them on Peloton’s website. To get in on the action, just head over to the programs section, locate the You Can Run program, and sign up right there.

Class List & Schedule

Here’s a rundown of the weekly classes in the program. Peloton has spiced things up with a new approach: these classes are locked until you make your way through the program. But, don’t worry, you can click on any class name in the list below to locate it. Once you find it, feel free to bookmark or add it to your stack and dive right in whenever you’re ready.

Hello there, and welcome to Week 1! Let’s kick things off with a gentle start – enjoy two 20-minute classes specially crafted to ease you into the world of jogging and walking as you embark on your exciting You Can Run adventure.

In Week 2, our goal is to help you succeed by introducing essential tools like warm-up drills and strides. These will ensure you have a complete and effective warm-up routine that sets you on the path to success!
