Floor Bootcamp Peloton Program by Jess & Selena – Overview & Classes Schedule

Peloton recently introduced an exciting Floor Bootcamp program, specially designed for their innovative Peloton Guide. The Peloton Guide, their latest strength-focused device, made its debut just last week. We had given you a heads-up about this new floor bootcamp program back in January.

This morning, the program officially kicked off on the Guide, offering an exclusive experience for Guide users. You can enjoy this exclusive access for approximately seven weeks before it becomes accessible to all Peloton members.

However, if you don’t have the Peloton Guide and are eager to get started, here’s the scoop: You can participate in this program much like any other Peloton program. All you need are the class links, and you can take them individually, even if you don’t have the Guide! The only catch is that you won’t be able to earn the program badge without it.

Floor Bootcamp Peloton Program by Jess & Selena – Overview & Classes Schedule

Peloton made a big announcement on Instagram, unveiling their exciting new program through a teaser video starring instructors Jess Sims and Selena Samuela. Selena also spilled the beans on her Instagram page:

“Exciting news, folks! @onepeloton, Jess Sims, and I have cooked up something special just for you – FLOOR BOOTCAMP 🚨. It’s a unique workout experience, similar to tread or bike bootcamp, but it all happens on the mat. You can expect bodyweight cardio segments and strength sections using weights. These classes are seriously intense (as you’d expect from us) 🔥.

What’s more, the program includes a testing day where you can assess your progress with both of us (it’s a two-for-one deal, baby!!!). This marks the first time @onepeloton has brought two women together to teach a joint strength class, and it’s also the inaugural occasion when two women have collaborated to create a strength program 💥.

Don’t miss out on this fitness revolution, folks! Exclusively available on Peloton Guide 💋.”

The official program description goes like this: “Elevate your strength and cardio game with Jess & Selena’s Floor Bootcamp! This four-week Peloton Guide program is all about making you stronger and boosting your aerobic endurance, all while having a blast.”

Just like all the other bootcamp workouts, Floor Bootcamp splits the session into cardio and strength segments, giving members the ultimate workout combo. But here’s the twist: Unlike the Bike or Tread, Floor Bootcamp keeps it simple, using just a workout mat for the cardio part. So, in Floor Bootcamp classes, you can expect to see exercises from Peloton’s Cardio mode during the cardio section.

This program spans a total of four weeks and encompasses a whopping 24 classes, all led by the dynamic duo, Jess Sims and Selena Samuela. Here’s the plan:

For optimal results, the suggested schedule calls for three active days each week, with well-deserved rest or active recovery sandwiched in between.

Every week, you can look forward to:

  • A 30-minute Floor Bootcamp session with Selena.
  • Another 30-minute Floor Bootcamp session led by Jess.
  • Plus, there’s a special 20-minute two-for-one Floor Bootcamp with both Jess and Selena (and this fantastic duo joins you every week!)—this day serves as your “test day” to track your progress.

But wait, there’s more! To keep you limber and feeling great, they’ve thrown in three brand new 5-minute full-body stretching routines to complement your workouts. So, you’re in for a well-rounded fitness journey!

Class List & Schedule

Here’s a rundown of the weekly classes included in this program. It’s worth noting that, in line with Peloton’s new program approach, these classes are initially “locked” and only become accessible as you progress through the program (unless you use the links provided below!).

This Peloton Guide program is exclusively available to Guide users for the first 7 weeks before it’s made accessible to all members. However, as usual, if you have the know-how, you can still take individual classes even without waiting.

One key detail to emphasize is that the stretching routines for each week repeat themselves. Also, the third main workout of the week, the 20-minute bootcamp with both Jess & Selena, follows the same format and exercises every week. It’s important to clarify that this isn’t exactly the same class repeated; instead, it’s designed this way so you can assess your progress with the two-for-one class on Day 5 and track your improvement week by week against a consistent benchmark.

We’ve now got links available for all weeks of the program, making it easier for you to access and stay on track with your fitness journey.
