Peloton just rolled out fresh split training routines exclusively for the Peloton enthusiasts in Germany. These sessions are guided by Erik Jager and Marcel Maurer, who instruct in German. Erik is leading a 3-day intermediate split strength program, along with a more intense 5-day advanced split strength routine. Meanwhile, Marcel’s offerings are also at the intermediate level, featuring both a 3-day and a 5-day version.

Boost your strength and pack on those muscles during this week-long program. You’ll be lifting heavier weights and focusing on different body parts in each session. Program Badges
Peloton’s programs always come with a little extra motivation – badges! Finish one class, and you’ll earn yourself a shiny Bronze badge. Complete two, and you’ll snag a cool Silver badge. And for those who conquer all three classes in the series, the prestigious Gold badge is yours to claim!

As of now, when this info is being shared, you can hop into these programs using your Peloton Bike, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or by visiting the Peloton website. It’s easy as pie! Just head over to the programs section, locate Marcel’s Intermediate 3-Day Split program, and click that join button. You can also hop on board through the website right here.

Here’s a rundown of the weekly classes that make up the program. It’s worth mentioning that, thanks to Peloton’s revamped program system, these classes are initially “locked.” You’ll unlock them as you make your way through the program. But don’t worry! You can click on any class name in the list below to locate it. Once found, you have the option to bookmark it or add it to your stack, and you can even take the class right away if you fancy.
