Peloton X Chase Sapphire Points Accelerator Program: Spend Requirement Decreased To $150

Peloton just made a big change to their Chase Sapphire points accelerator program. Now, if you have a Chase card, you only need to spend $150 to get extra points, instead of the old $250 requirement.

Chase sent an email to their cardholders to let them know about this update. The email said:

“Make your workout even more rewarding. You can now earn 10 times the points on equipment and accessories when you spend over $150. You can earn a maximum of 50,000 points with this offer until March 31, 2023.”

Peloton has made some updates to their dedicated support page to reflect the new $150 spending requirement, and they’ve completely removed any mention of the old $250 requirement.

It’s worth noting that this change in the spending requirement isn’t entirely new, but it hasn’t been widely emphasized until now.

PELOTON X CHASE SAPPHIRE POINTS ACCELERATOR PROGRAM UPDATED

Earlier this year, Peloton and Chase extended their ongoing partnership through 2025. If you’re a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholder, you can now earn 10 times the points on Peloton purchases over $150, with a maximum of 50,000 points. Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholders will get 5 times the points on Peloton purchases over $150, up to a maximum of 25,000 points. This offer covers both hardware devices and accessories. To take advantage of this, simply make your purchase directly through Peloton and use your Chase Sapphire credit card. You’ll see the points in your account within six to eight weeks.

Apart from the points program, Peloton occasionally treats Chase cardholders to exclusive, in-person classes at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY). They’ve already hosted a cycling session with Robin Arzón and another one with Matt Wilpers.
