Peloton has improved upon the functionality of Tread’s “Just Run” function by introducing “Just Walk” for its users. Previously, only “Just Run” was an option.
Customers of Tread can gain access to the newly added function by selecting the “More Workouts” option that is at the end of their Tread screen. Choose “Just Run” from that drop-down menu. From that point on, you will have the option of deciding whether you want a particular aim. After you have made your choice, you will be taken to the home screen, where you’ll find a new icon for you to press that is labeled “Workout Type.” You will be able to choose between walking and running as a result of this.
Naturally, you are still in charge of determining how fast your Tread travels. On the other hand, your choice will influence how the workout is recorded to your Peloton profile and where it appears in your workout log.
Over the past year, Peloton has made numerous enhancements and improvements to the “Just Work Out” function that is available on Peloton Digital. They included new forms of workouts, such as yoga, aerobics, stretching, and more, in addition to adding strength training. Later on, Peloton introduced a feature called “Just with Goals,” which gave users the ability to choose a particular objective for themselves.
