New Peloton Post-Run Stretches Entirely on The Tread

Peloton has just introduced a couple of fresh post-run stretches designed exclusively for the Tread. Until now, all post-run stretches, dating back to 2019, have involved being partially on the floor, using a mat near the Tread.

However, three instructors—Andy Speer, Olivia Amato, and Tobias Heinze — have each unveiled a new five-minute post-run stretch that is entirely conducted on the Tread itself.

Starting from April 3rd, every new post-run stretch has adopted this innovative approach.

This update is particularly beneficial for members who lack ample space around their Tread to lay out a workout mat for stretching.

For instance, in Andy’s latest post-run stretch session, he primarily stands on the Tread throughout. He briefly places a knee directly on the Tread for a hip flexor stretch but predominantly remains standing for the various stretching movements.

It will be intriguing to observe whether Peloton will consistently follow this new stretching format or if it’s a temporary experiment.

If you’re curious to try out these new stretches, Olivia’s was released on April 6th at 2:00 am ET, Andy’s on April 4th at 10:00 am ET, and Tobias’ on April 3rd at 11:00 am ET.
