Peloton just rolled out its inaugural batch of split training strength programs for the Peloton Guide. One of these fresh strength training programs is led by Robin Arzon, who’ll guide you through three classes each week. Each class in this program clocks in at a concise 30 minutes, making it a challenging advanced-level training option.
These split strength programs are all one-week long, with a single dedicated instructor leading the way. They come in various durations, spanning from 3 to 5 workouts. The beauty of these programs lies in their repeatability, allowing you to revisit them repeatedly to monitor your progress and growth. Plus, as an added bonus, there are achievement badges up for grabs when you participate in the program’s classes. So, get ready to sweat, learn, and earn those badges!

Let’s dive into the official scoop on Robin Arzon’s Advanced 3 Day Split Strength Program from Peloton: “Join forces with Robin to take your workouts to the next level. Over the course of one week, this Guide program will amp up your strength and sculpt your muscles. You’ll work with heavier weights and focus on different body areas in each session. The best part? You can do it again and again to see how far you’ve come.”
Program Badges
When it comes to Peloton programs, badges are always in the mix. Bag a Bronze badge by finishing one class, grab a Silver one by completing two, and go for the Gold with three classes out of the three in total. Let’s make that achievement collection shine!
Class List & Schedule
Take a peek at the exciting lineup of weekly classes in our program. There are a couple of important things to know about these programs. First, they’re exclusively available to Peloton Guide users for approximately 7 weeks. Second, the classes are locked, and you can access them only as you progress through the program.
Whether you’re a Guide user or just starting the program, you can simply click on any class name in the list below to locate it. Once you find it, you have the option to bookmark it or add it to your stack for an immediate workout. However, keep in mind that completing the class this way won’t earn you the coveted badge.
