Peloton just rolled out their very first Total Body Progressive Strength Training Program, and it’s a game-changer. This new fitness journey, led by the expert guidance of Andy Speer, is called the “Total Strength” training program. It’s a four-week adventure that’s all about building up your body’s strength using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.

Andy Speer himself is really excited about this fresh program. He’s meticulously crafted each day of the four weeks, leaving nothing to chance. In this program, you’ll be working with Andy 3 or 4 times a week for strength training. On the other days, you’ll be mixing things up with running, cycling, stretching, and more. Get ready to train hard and train smart, uncovering the beauty of following a structured strength training plan. One cool aspect is the strength test you’ll do at the start and end of the program. It’s like a report card for your muscles and progress – a great way to see how far you’ve come with the Total Strength program!

Speaking of progression, this program is designed to gradually push you forward. The first week focuses on fundamental movements and getting your form right, with lighter weights and reps. By the end of the week, you’ll even have a mini test to see how many squats and pushups you can ace in a set time. The second week turns up the dial by increasing both the weight and reps slightly. Week three kicks it up another notch with an extra workout day. And finally, the last week steps up the weight challenge even more, and you’ll also do a re-test to measure your progress.
