Are you excited about the Peloton on Tour coming to a city near you? Don’t worry; we’ve got all the info you need, courtesy of one of our readers.
Just to recap, Peloton has just unveiled the Peloton on Tour, a five-stop journey hitting up Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Berlin, and London from July to December 2023. The first stop is in Los Angeles, and Peloton has just spilled the beans on the instructors, schedule, and ticket prices. Tickets for the Los Angeles leg became available on June 13th, and they vanished in mere minutes!
Keep in mind that Peloton mentioned the ticket availability varies based on the store’s size in each location. The Los Angeles event will happen at the Santa Monica store, which is said to be the smallest one among the five stops. For the instructor experiences, there were about 200 tickets, 140 for outdoor walks, and an undisclosed amount for the class tapings. Naturally, quite a few members were disappointed that they couldn’t get tickets for any event during the entire weekend.
Tickets went live on the event website (https://event.onepeloton.com/livefromlosangeles – please note that there will likely be separate sites for each tour stop) right at 12:00 p.m. ET, not a moment sooner or later. Remarkably, by 12:04 p.m. ET, all tickets for the entire three-day event had been snapped up.
However, in the following minutes, a small number of tickets became available again, particularly for the class tapings. This could be because some users didn’t complete their purchase, possibly due to timeouts. It seems these tickets reappeared after initially being marked as sold out. Nevertheless, by 12:10 p.m. ET, every ticket was completely sold out.
After that, members will need to provide their credit card details to complete their purchase.
It’s important to remember that you must buy tickets for each day separately. This reduces the likelihood of securing tickets for multiple days or events in one go.
If you do manage to buy a ticket but can’t attend, you have the option to resell it. Peloton will help transfer the ticket to another person. In this situation, as the buyer, you should send an email to pelotonontour@onepeloton.com, informing them of the recipient’s name and email address for the ticket transfer.
Please be aware that there isn’t a waitlist like the one used for booking at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) or Peloton Studios London (PSL). Once all tickets are sold, there are no more chances to get them. So, members should have all their information ready when they try to buy tickets. Peloton will need the following details:
- First and Last name
- Your Email
- Peloton leaderboard name or username
- If you are getting two tickets, you should provide the name and email of your guest.
lease remember that just like a recent update at PSNY, the staff at every ticketed event will verify if your name and ID match the name on the QR code of your ticket.
The next stop on the tour where you can grab tickets is Atlanta, happening from August 17th to 19th. Peloton will provide details about this tour stop on July 17th, and you can expect tickets to be available for purchase on July 18th. We’ll keep you posted with any new information as it comes in.
Stay tuned for the release dates of tickets for the other tour stops.
- Atlanta – July 18th
- Chicago – September 5th
- Berlin – September 18th
- London – October 31st
Peloton on Tour made its debut announcement back on June 6th. It’s stepping in as a fresh twist on the classic Peloton Homecoming event that usually unfolded each spring in the Big Apple. Earlier this year, Peloton gave us a sneak peek that Homecoming would change its format to be more inclusive for all members. Now, Peloton on Tour is the exciting new plan, set to hit the road in July 2023.
We’ll keep you posted with more info on every Peloton on Tour stop as they unveil. Just a friendly reminder, Peloton intends to reveal the complete event schedule for each city and the instructors who will be joining, exactly 31 days before each tour stop kicks off.
A big shout-out to our reader for sharing their ticket booking experience for Peloton on Tour! Your input is greatly appreciated!
