Peloton’s Total Strength 2 Program with Andy Speer: Classes Schedule & More

Update: I wanted to let you know that by the end of January 2022, Peloton decided to jazz up the program a bit. They spiced up the stretches and warm-up classes with some more variety. If you’re curious about what exactly changed, you can get all the details right here.

Andy is here to explain how these two programs are different. “In the first Total Strength, you created a strong base. You focused on doing squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows with the right form. Plus, you experienced the advantages of sticking to a planned and gradual method for getting stronger.

Now, Total Strength 2 does something similar but goes even further. It elevates your training to a higher level. I’m thrilled to be your coach for the next six weeks in this program. Our goal is to keep boosting your strength while also introducing power and conditioning aspects to your training. Let’s do this!”
