Peloton’s Global Running Day celebration on June 7th had a delightful surprise: Matt Wilpers, known for his expertise in Cycling, Tread, and Rowing, stepped into a Peloton yoga class. He joined forces with Denis Morton for a 20-minute Focus Flow designed specifically for runners.

The good news is that you can now access this class on demand. During the session, Denis leads the class while Matt gracefully demonstrates the poses alongside him. Matt also shares valuable insights on how these poses can benefit runners by enhancing mobility and speeding up recovery.

Adding a fun touch to the announcement, Matt and Denis posted an entertaining Instagram Reel on social media to spread the word about this special class.

Interestingly, in an April Fool’s Day joke during a live cycling class on April 1, Matt playfully claimed to be Peloton’s newest yoga instructor for 2023!

But that’s not all; Peloton has also unveiled two fresh strength classes for runners for the first time in over a year. You can find both a 10-minute strength class with Matt Wilpers and a 10-minute core workout tailored for runners with Becs Gentry in the on-demand library.
