Peloton recently introduced five fresh workouts to Peloton Gym, marking the first updates to the program since its launch on May 23rd last month. It’s worth noting that Peloton Gym can currently only be accessed through the App, and it won’t be visible on your hardware device or web browser.
Among the new workouts, three come from instructors who hadn’t previously offered Peloton Gym workouts: Cliff Dwenger, Rebecca Kennedy, and Selena Samuela. Additionally, Jermaine Johnson and Matty Maggiacomo have contributed more gym workouts.

- 30 minutes Upper Body Strength Workout with Matty Maggiacomo – Intermediate Level
- 30 minutes Full Body Strength Workout with Rebecca Kennedy – Beginner Level
- 20 minutes Upper Body Strength Workout with Jermaine Johnson – Intermediate Level
- 30 minutes Glutes & Legs Strength Workout with Selena Samuela – Beginner Level
- 20 minutes Core Strength Workout with Cliff Dwenger – Intermediate Level
Keep in mind that Peloton Gym offers self-guided workouts. This means you won’t have visual or auditory guidance from the instructor. Nonetheless, the workouts are carefully designed by the instructor, and each one includes a text introduction to help you prepare for the session.
