Peloton Yoga for Cross-Training Collection

Peloton has introduced a fresh lineup of cross-training yoga sessions. The Peloton Yoga for Cross-Training Collection is now accessible through the app, web browser, and hardware devices.

Inside this collection, you’ll discover 14 classes right now, with more expected to join in periodically, as Peloton regularly adds this type of yoga class. Just today, three brand-new classes made their debut as part of this collection release. These additions include a focus flow for runners by Mariana Fernandez & Denis Morton, along with a focus flow tailored for riders by Kristin McGee.

The collection is divided into two sections: one for riders and another for runners. The “For Riders” section comprises six classes, varying from 10 to 30 minutes, led by instructors Mariana Fernández, Kristin McGee, Denis Morton, and Ross Rayburn. On the other hand, the “For Runners” subset contains eight classes, either 10 or 20 minutes long, led by instructors Mariana Fernández, Kristin McGee, Kirra Michel, and Denis Morton.

These sessions are meticulously crafted to complement cycling or running workouts, aiming to target the key muscles engaged in those activities. While Peloton began introducing cross-training yoga classes in 2022, they have now consolidated all of these classes into a single collection for easier access.

This assortment is part of the recent wave of yoga offerings. Earlier this year, Peloton rolled out on-demand Yoga conditioning classes, and although the initial set of classes is available now, the instructors have excitingly hinted at more releases in the weeks to come. Additionally, Peloton introduced Yin Yoga classes in February.
