2023 Peloton APIHM Celebration & Classes Announced

It’s Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (APIHM) in the United States this May. And guess what? Peloton is all set to join in on the celebration with some really cool stuff all month long. They spilled the beans about it over on their Instagram stories.

Now, here’s the scoop for Peloton members: Keep an eye out for special APIHM classes popping up on the schedule in the coming weeks. These classes will cover different kinds of workouts, so there’s something for everyone. They’re grouping all these classes together in the APIHM Collection, which includes classes from the past few years like 2022, 2021, and 2020.

Oh, and that’s not all! Peloton’s got some live classes lined up that they’ve already shared with us. Wanna know what they are? Check out the list below:

  • 10 minutes API Heritage Meditation – with Aditi Shah – May 8th at 7:30am ET / 12:30pm BST
  • 30 minutes API Heritage Yoga Flow – with Aditi Shah – May 8th at 7:55am ET / 12:55pm BST
  • 30 minutes K-Pop Row Bootcamp – with Katie Wang – May 9th at 7:30pm ET
  • 10 minutes K-Pop Barre – with Ally Love – May 10th at 9:30am ET / 2:30pm BST
  • 30 minutes API Heritage Walk – with Susie Chan – May 13th at 6:30am ET / 11:30am BST

Just a quick heads-up, it looks like this list might not include all the classes they’ve got planned. So, keep your eyes peeled for more classes popping up on the schedule throughout the month. And guess what? Peloton’s also bringing back some classes from previous years that were a hit.
